Product Features:
Solvent-based addition-curing fluorine-containing silicone release agent. This release agent is an ideal product designed for use with Astec TS-7857 and TS-7858 addition type silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives. It is also suitable for other silicones Industrial single and double-sided tapes, labels, silicone foams, transfer films, etc. It has the characteristics of low release, high residual connection, stability and reliability.

Suitable for coating substrates:
TSL series release agents are suitable for coating on PET, PP, PE and other substrates. The plasticizer contained in these substrates will affect the degree of curing of the coating, try to avoid using a large amount of plasticizer film materials. In order to better increase the bonding force between the glue and the substrate, it must be corona treated before coating, especially PP and PE substrates must be corona treated. If it is used to coat a substrate with a rough surface, such as kraft paper, it may have a certain impact on the release force.
Coating liquid preparation and usage method:
TSY series primer is a two-component addition vulcanized primer composed of TSY-7000 and TSY-4000. It is suitable for PET, PI and other substrates, so that the substrate and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive have a good combination force.
一、配比
TSY-7000：TSY-4000＝100份：4.8-5份
先将TSY-7000用 4-5倍溶剂进行溶解稀释（具体用户可根据自身涂胶浓度来加入溶剂），充分搅拌混合均匀，再按照以上比例加入计量好的TSY-4000，取样观察确认已经完全溶解，取样实验室测验合格，然后在机器上进行涂胶。
二、硫化
将配好的底涂剂溶液按照涂覆厚度要求，均匀涂在基材上，然后在130℃硫化1-1.5分钟。然后再在上面涂覆硅酮压敏胶。
三、注意事项
1、TSY底涂剂是加成硫化型，在整个配胶、涂胶过程中，严禁接触铅、镉、锡等金属、过氧化物等，防止中毒失效。 2、TSY-4000使用前先摇匀后，再计量加入TSY-7000中，因放置久了会有分层，只要摇匀不影响使用效果。 3、每次使用干净的容器。循环使用容器每次用完用溶剂彻底清理干净，已备下次使用。 4、配好的底涂建议在12小时内用完，没有用完部分需用干净容器密封存放，第二次使用时，需先进行测试，然后再投入生产。 5、TSY-7000与TSY-4000配比计量准确性及混合是否均匀，对硫化及性能影响非常大。配比错误或混合不均匀都会导致不硫化或不完全硫化，影响最终的性能。 6、硫化后物性与配比、涂胶厚度、硫化温度均有关系，建议用户根据自身工艺条件及最终性能要求进行适当调整。
包装规格及储存：
TSL-0901 1升、5升马口铁桶； TSL-Add85 500ML、1L150 TSL-2109、G-9320分别是100ML塑料瓶 属于危险品，按照危险品第四类，第一石油类运输。在避光、阴凉处保存。
注意事项（8项注意事项，请务必认真阅读）：
1、建议使用不锈钢或者玻璃容器配胶，并确保容器、设备清洁、干燥；
2、整个配胶、涂布过程中严谨接触铅、铬、汞、锡等重金属。如果是在同一条涂布线环境下，既使用锡类固化剂，又使用铂金固化剂，在两种体系切换之前必须彻底进行清洗、清洁、干燥；
3、各组份之间必须充分混合均匀，先取小样进行初步测试后再 进行批量涂布；
4. TS-7858 and TS-7857 belong to addition-curing silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, which will interact with the TSL series of release agents that have just been applied, and similar phenomena occur when used in other types of addition-molding pressure-sensitive adhesives;
5. If TSL series release agent is used in peroxide-vulcanized silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, although there is no interaction, when different processes of dry coating and wet coating are used, the release agent and residual contact force will be Differences, need to be evaluated in a small test according to the process parameters, and then used in batches;
6. If it is a coated paper substrate, pay attention to the effect of tin salt and amine additives on the platinum curing agent, and avoid using it as much as possible;
7. It is recommended to use heptane and hexane as solvents. Other solvents will affect the vulcanization effect of the final product due to volatilization problems;
8. It is recommended to use the product within 6 hours. The specific use time has a lot to do with the customer's ambient temperature and the amount of glue each time. It needs to be evaluated and confirmed according to the actual operating environment. For the unused coating liquid, it can be collected and sealed, and it needs to be tested before using it for the second time.
