Product characteristics:
1. TC-5176, a single component electronic silicone, features low viscosity and convenient application;
2. TC-5176 has short time of feeling no sticky, about 7 to 12min;
3. Good bonding performance for various materials;
4. No corrosion to metal material (e.g. copper);
5. Temperature range (-60～220℃).
