Product characteristics:
1. TC-145W, a single component silicone sealant, uses independently researched and developed cross-linking agent and requires no catalyst (organic tin) for vulcanization in room temperature. It can be directly applied to household appliances such as microwave oven and refrigerator.
2. Rapid vulcanization speed, high adhesive property and tiny odor in vulcanization.
3. Temperature range (-60～300℃);
4. Excellent weather, ozone and chemical erosion resistances;
5. Excellent electrical appliance insulation performance.
Quality assurance and test method:
Hardening condition: 25±2℃, 50±5%RH, within 7 days. Frequency: A-Test item of each batch; B-Assurance value item.
Product application:
Fixing and bonding of all electronic and electrical appliance circuit boards, industrial thread joint, pipe joint, aviation fuel pipeline, fuel tank, compressor, engine, transformer, refrigerating equipment, electric iron, microwave oven capacitors and wires.
Warranty, storage method and packaging specification:
1. Warranty: 6 months after manufacturing
2. Storage method: in dark, cool and dry places (25±2℃,50±5%RH)；
3. Packaging specification： A)Container specification: 310ML plastic bottle/2600ML plastic bottle; B)Material net weight: 310ML plastic bottle/2600ML/bottle; C)Label item: product, weight, batch, manufacturer and notes.
