Product characteristics:
1. TC-2577, an environmental friendly solvent type coating with single component, contains no aromatic solvent benzene, methylbenzene, xylene, lead and chromium;
2. It can bond several surfaces, including some materials with low surface performance (e.g. organic silicon, fluoropolymer and polyolefins compound);
3. Resistance to damp, weather (ozone and sunshine), chemical (acid, alkali, oil, fusion and AC analysis and peel) and biology (fungus type) invasion, with good bonding, damp-proof insulation and excellent dielectric characteristics;
4. Excellent high and low temperature resistance, long-term stable application under -60℃ (-76℉)-260℃(500℉), with elasticity.
Product application:
Form durable coating on a base material through brushing, painting and dipping to separate moisture and pollutant in air, widely applied to thick circuit board system; porous base material, printed circuit board coating and other field.

Application method:
1. Surface treatment
Clean and dry surfaces to get better bonding effect;
2. How to use it
Painting, brushing, slow coating or flow coating method is adopted for conformal coating of TC-2577 silicone. In case of high viscosity in painting, environmental friendly solvent can be used to dilute it to proper painting viscosity before automatic painting; generally, one slow conformal coating of TC-2577 silicone can get 0.1-0.2mm thick coating. After diluting solvent, coating is thinned and slow coating speed is suggested to be about 30cm/min. Coating thickness affects curing time and post-curing performances directly. Users can adjust coating thickness and coating speed as per product performance requirements and process features;
Curing in room temperature:
TC-2577 silicone conformal coating undergoes curing in room temperature through reacting with vapor. It takes 15 min for surface drying and 72h for total curing of normal coating in room temperature for 30 min or under 80-100℃ hot air for 15min.
Warranty, storage method and packaging specification:
1. Warranty: 12 months after manufacturing;
2. Storage method: in dark, cool and dry places (25±2℃, 50±5%RH);
3. Packaging specification: A) Container specification: 1L barrel, 5 L barrel, 20 L barrel; B) Label item: product, weight, batch, manufacturer and notes.
