Product Description:
TE series LED silicone potting glue is mainly used for the packaging of light-emitting diodes (LED). It has high transparency and high light transmittance, which can increase the luminous flux of the LED. It is suitable for potting and molding, so that the LED has better durability and reliability. High-power LED potting compound has excellent insulation, moisture-proof and thermal conductivity, and has good adhesion to aluminum and PPA frames, so that electronic components can operate safely under harsh conditions.
Typical performance:
1. Two-component, adjustable viscosity, fast curing by heating;
2. It has high transparency, low haze and flexibility;
3. There are no by-products in the curing process, and there is no corrosion to the metal. The silicone material can absorb the stress caused by the high temperature cycle inside the package, and protect the chip and its welding gold wire. More suitable for lead-free reflow process;
4. It has excellent flame retardancy, weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical corrosion resistance;
5. High light transmittance (450nm, 1mm thickness, >95%), high refractive index, high weather resistance, UV radiation resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-50~200℃), low moisture intake and low ion content.
6. It is not only suitable for potting and patch packaging, but also for mixing phosphors for packaging and as a fluorescent glue for patches.

It is mainly used for the packaging of light-emitting diodes (LED), and has good adhesion to aluminum and PPA frames, so that electronic components can be carved.
Precautions:
1. After mixing the A and B materials evenly in proportion, put them under vacuum to defoam (to remove the residual air in the rubber material, so as not to affect its air tightness);
2. After the mixture of A and B is degassed, use a syringe or dispenser to fill it, and proceed to the curing process after filling. (Before curing, it is better to perform a vacuum degassing operation on the potted parts first);
3. During use and storage, it must be ensured that it does not come in contact with compounds containing phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N) and organotin (Sn). The mixed rubber should be used up within 12 hours as much as possible.
Shelf life, storage method and packaging specifications:
1. Shelf life: 6 months after manufacture.
2. Storage method: avoid light, dry in the shade. (25±2℃, 50±5%RH)
3. Packing specification: A container specification: 25KG per barrel; B agent material net weight: 25KG per barrel/8.5KG/barrel
