Typical performance:

Quality assurance and test methods:
Operation process:
1. Weigh and mix according to the weight ratio and mix well to prevent uneven mixing from affecting the curing effect;
2. After the two components are mixed, vacuum degassing is required for 20-30 minutes to ensure that no bubbles are generated;
3. It can be used for 60-80 minutes after mixing, and the test result of a specific customer shall prevail.
Applications:
Precautions:
1. It can be mixed manually or mechanically to avoid stirring at a temperature higher than 35 degrees for a long time, which will lead to faster curing;
2. Do not put the removed materials back into the original packaging barrels to avoid pollution;
3. After mixing, the materials can be cured for a long time at room temperature, which will affect the effect of the product;
4. Strict exposure to heavy metals such as lead, chromium, and mercury.
Shelf life, storage method and packaging specifications:
1. Shelf life: 6 months after manufacture.
2. Storage method: Store at room temperature or below room temperature and avoid light.
3. Packaging specifications: 5 kg, 20 kg, 200 kg
4. Show items: product name, weight, manufacturing batch number, manufacturer's name, matters needing attention.
