Product Description:
TS-1167 silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is a toluene solution of organopolysiloxane and silicone resin. It can be used as a coating for masking paper, PET, PI film, etc., and is suitable for manufacturing industrial pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes. Due to the excellent electrical properties of TS-1167, this adhesive may be the best choice for masking tape and electrical insulating tape in electronic assembly.
Typical characteristics:
1. Wide temperature range, applicable temperature range -65℃～260℃;
2. It can be bonded to a variety of surfaces, including some materials with low surface energy (such as silicones, fluoropolymers, polyolefin compounds);
3. Moisture resistance, weather resistance (ozone, sunlight), chemical resistance (acid, alkali, oil, melting, alternating current analysis peeling, etc.) and biological resistance (fungi) attack;
4. The residual amount of organic silicon on the used surface is the least;
5. Excellent lap shear strength and creep resistance.

The performance of the vulcanized silicone adhesive is affected by many factors, such as the type and amount of catalyst, the curing cycle, the thickness of the adhesive, the type and thickness of the substrate, and so on. A higher concentration of benzoyl peroxide catalyst can increase the cohesion and shear strength of the adhesive, but it will reduce the bonding strength of the product, resulting in a lower viscosity value and peel value.
Applications:
Packaging, storage and transportation:
It is packed in iron drums, with a net weight of 200 kg/drum, and can also be packaged according to user requirements; the product should be kept dry during storage and transportation to prevent sun and rain; the product expiration date is when the storage temperature is 50°C (122°F) or below When the time is 24 months after the date of manufacture, if this period is exceeded, it can still be used after passing the inspection.
